Psychotherapist

If not now, when? Brené Brown said it best, “Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.” A core value of my work is rooted in my unconditional positive regard and commitment to the therapeutic process. My work focuses on the importance of creating meaningful connections, through a strength-based and person-centered approach. In practice, I incorporate culturally competent therapy, using insight-oriented modalities, such as psychodynamic, structural family and cognitive behavioral therapy. Most importantly, I aim to bring a level of compassion, understanding and acceptance to each session. Using a collaborative approach allows me to connect with you and create a strong foundation upon building rapport. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, family / relationship conflict, and LGBTQ+ issues. I encourage you to schedule a 15-minute consolation if this feels like a good fit, and I look forward to the work we can do together. Email Jonathan
