Hi, I’m Tish. Are you tired of feeling listened to but not heard? Are you in a slump and need some encouragement? Are you frustrated with the constant patronizing and invalidation of your life experiences? Do you seek warm, compassionate, non-judgmental care in a world that is constantly testing you and pushing you to your limits? If you’ve answered yes to any of the above questions, I would like to help. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, are unsure of next steps to take in life, finding it difficult to make sense of past traumas, or struggling to manage daily stressors of this complex thing called life, I can help you.
While my primary specialty is trauma/PTSD, I use a variety of clinical skills and interventions that are solely dependent on your goals. I believe in treating a client holistically, by examining all factors that contribute to mental health. I believe in taking a supportive and collaborative approach when developing a plan that helps highlight your unique perspectives and strengths.
I work with clients at their pace and level of comfortability. I view therapy as a collaborative process that requires both therapist and patient to establish rapport and trust. I typically spend the first 1-2 sessions, assessing your mental health needs and goals.
