Psychotherapist

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity transitions, and complex family dynamics. Many of my clients come from high-demand environments and are seeking to live in a way that feels more authentic, connected, and self-directed.

My style is collaborative and depth-oriented. I integrate psychodynamic insight with DBT and trauma-informed care, tailoring my approach to what each client is ready for and most likely to benefit from. I believe therapy should provide space to explore what’s driving your distress, build emotional perspective, and shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.

Trauma-informed work, to me, means honoring the uniqueness of your lived experience and understanding how your history, social identities, and personal relationships shape the way you relate to the world. I aim to foster a space that supports self-reflection and helps you develop a grounded and accurate sense of self.

Clients who do well with me are often motivated by a desire to feel seen and understood. They may be first-generation professionals, LGBTQ+ adults, or adult children of emotionally immature parents—people who have known care in their lives but want to deepen their sense of clarity, confidence, and connection.

Therapy with me is relational and reflective. I try to meet you with curiosity and respect, allowing the therapeutic relationship to unfold without unnecessary self-disclosure while staying grounded in genuine presence. Whether in person or via telehealth, my goal is to offer a thoughtful, consistent space where growth feels both possible and real.
