Many of us spend a long time running away from the true essence of ourselves. We abandon ourselves to be accepted by others or praised by a society that wants a specific version of us. This ultimately leads us with pain that we find various ways to numb. Together, we can explore, feel, and heal this pain.
I believe therapy is a useful space for anyone that wants to know themselves more deeply. My therapeutic approach is intuitive and really centers the needs of my clients. I am a trauma-informed, queer-affirming Psychotherapist. I incorporate psychodynamic, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, and humanistic theories in my practice.
The therapeutic relationship is a safe and authentic place to discover and understand ourselves fully, without judgment. I believe in slow processing and relationship building and never show up with an agenda. I honor safety and the individual process of each unique human I have the privilege of working with!
