I approach behavioral health with warmth and empathy at the forefront. My therapeutic approach balances profound self-exploration with the provision of practical skills and resources to foster immediate wellness. I firmly believe that sustainable wellbeing is only achieved when we delve deeply into our inner world, and this journey requires a safe and comforting environment in our present day experiences.

My areas of expertise include the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, body image issues, and disordered eating. I work with a range of clients across the gender spectrum, particularly with adolescents and adults. I am devoted to helping my clients liberate themselves from limiting narratives that hinder their authentic selves and assisting them in honing effective interpersonal skills for meaningful social connections. By empowering clients to find their authentic voices and fostering their connections with others, they can create sustainable changes, find fulfillment in their lives, and build resilience to navigate the adversities of life.

In addition, my experience in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP) equips me to support clients who wish to delve deeper into their therapeutic journey. I provide guidance in preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences. Although I do not provide direct support during the psychedelic experience, I assist clients in navigating and processing their experiences during our talk therapy sessions.

If this introduction resonates with you, I encourage you to schedule a 15-minute consultation. I am open to any questions about how I can best assist you on your journey towards growth and healing.
